Another option available to you is to contact the Colorado Housing Counseling Coalition. If you have a FHA or VA guaranteed loan, contact HUD (FHA loans) or VA loans for additional guidance.
 
Protect your credit rating. Contact CHFA or a HUD-approved Counseling Agency whenever you anticipate or are unable to make your mortgage payment. Most importantly, read all mail from CHFA!
