CHFA’s business loan compliance department manages and preserves the existing business finance commercial loan portfolio. A commercial lending officer is assigned to each loan, and can address a wide range of questions and concerns regarding business finance loan issues, such as:
  • terms of the loan document
  • potential adjustment of interest rates or other terms of the loan
  • the submission of tax returns and business and personal finance statements
  • information or concerns regarding tax and insurance escrows
  • loan payoff procedures
  • new loans
  • loan servicing issues
